Concept

Our project engineers work with various customers in numerous industries. Their understanding of tolerancing and GD&T come from this experience. we work closely with our customers to provide a concept that meets customer expectations and standards.

Design

We utilized 3d solid design software for all fixture/gauge designs. Designs can be provided in several formats: IGES, STEP, Unigraphics, or Catia. Operator instructions can be provided to customer formats.

Manufacturing:

We manufacture checking fixtures of all sizes, ranging from small brackets to A-Pillars. We are experienced in various construction methods and materials including ferrous and non-ferrous materials, as well as plastic composites. We also offer several coating and color options on all fixtures to meet our customer requirements. All details are produced on the latest CNC equipment to meet critical tolerancing requirements.

Quality Control:

We bought high-precision machines and train the QC people, now we totally owns 4 big CMM to make sure the measurement and calibration capability. In JM all of the checking fixtures components will be checked strictly before get into the next procedure to make sure the whole gauge within the tolerance (-0.05MM,+0.05MM)

Shipment:

Gauge will be check and packed very carefully by the wooden container.
The gauge 2D, 3D data, Calibration report, work instructions will be prepare and a CD including all of these info will ship along with the gauges.
